I hired Flatley's plumbing Express because of their good reviews. They did not disappoint! Their employees are very knowledgeable in their field. Very professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have become my plumbing company from now on. Let me emphasize that they are thousands of dollars cheaper than the major Chicagoland competitor. I called the other company to compare prices. The office staff is nice too and honest. I recommend Flatley's Plumbing Express for all your plumbing needs.

When I had first called Flatley's, I spoke with a gentleman who really took his time listening to the situation I had. He asked questions to try and figure out what I need to do. When I called back to make the appointment, I was able to get one on the day I was planing. Dan came out and was very professional and friendly. He tried rodding the pipe that was backing up on me but turned out I have a broken pipe. I appreciated Dan's time and recommendations. The fee was very very reasonable. I will definitely call them back out when the need arises.

We had a leaking hot water tank and wanted to have it checked. The previous unit, was installed years ago by Plumbing express and had served us well, since moving in six yrs ago. However, the unit had to be replaced. It was leaking, corroded, and near total shutdown.The very knowledgeable technician/plumber, Bill, was  extremely helpful, not pushy, but just explained the entire process and cost.  Although, we weren't expecting to purchase today, in the end, it was worth it...we are relieved and happy we have a new unit. I would recommend Flatleys Plumbing Express.
