When I had first called Flatley's, I spoke with a gentleman who really took his time listening to the situation I had. He asked questions to try and figure out what I need to do. When I called back to make the appointment, I was able to get one on the day I was planing. Dan came out and was very professional and friendly. He tried rodding the pipe that was backing up on me but turned out I have a broken pipe. I appreciated Dan's time and recommendations. The fee was very very reasonable. We had a leaking hot water tank and wanted to have it checked. The previous unit, was installed years ago by Plumbing express and had served us well, since moving in six yrs ago. However, the unit had to be replaced. It was leaking, corroded, and near total shutdown.The very knowledgeable technician/plumber, Bill, was extremely helpful, not pushy, but just explained the entire process and cost.
